We offer all new clients a completely free consultation prior to booking any colour services.

More than 48 hours notice is required otherwise it will involve a forfeit of your deposit.

We encourage all of our humans to rebook at reception so we can plan appropriately, but if you are new to the salon and hoping for colour we ask that you book for a free 15 minute consultation before any colour services.

We do not discriminate against money in any form ;) We offer cash, card or Afterpay.

We ask that all colour clients NOT to wash their hair a day or two before their appointment so there is a healthy amount of natural oils to protect your skin.
As for other services, we will wash your hair for you (unless we have specified prior to your appointment) so save yourself the time! -
Appointment times vary depending on the services you are having done so be sure to confirm with your stylists during your consultation if you need to map out your day.
